If you have an issue with your delivery or would like to report a faulty item please call us on 0131 235 2030 or email [email protected] within 24 hours of receiving your order.
For perishable items, we can only issue refunds or replacement products for faulty items – subject to them being returned to us in their original condition for inspection prior to their use by dates.
